Everything goes south at some point. The Rack 2 needs 12 watts. 1 channel on the power supply provides 75. (We try and stay around 60 on each channel to stay under 85%). Do you have anything else on the channel with the Rack2? If not i would measure wattage coming from the power supply channel. If its checking out then i would connect the Rack2 to another power supply channel to see if it also overloads that one. If it does then chances are your Rack2 has a problem or maybe something connected to its HUB (if it has one).
