Hi I'm new to this IR code stuff. I program Harmony remotes for our clients. Usually I have no problems with the Harmony. If I need a code I can usually just have the remote learn the code from the original remote but with the latest sharp Model LC42LE540 the harmony isn't learning the codes. I have talked to Harmony and they have asked for codes in Pronto code. Sharp sent me their codes in binary format. I have tried using MakeHex to convert them but I am getting confused. Can anyone help me in converting these binary codes into Pronto codes.
