Thanks for the replies guys
@ Loraquest: its not the Tivo premiere, its the geneeration before that (TiVO HD, I believe).
@ Matt: I did try moving the flasaher all around. I do have a 260....maybe I'll try getting my paws on a 350 to see if that helps.
