Ever used an HVLP conversion gun with a compressor? I have a Harbor Freight gun and shot my kitchen cabinets with it, using Minwax Poly- that turned out great but I haven't tried it with interior latex, enamel, lacquer or alkyd.

Yes, I've got a Devilbiss gun that I've been using with my shop compressor for years and just recently purchased the Fuji turbine system.

I don't have any experience with the Harbor Freight gun, but the Devilbiss gun I have works well... it's kind of a medium quality unit that was around $150.

I really just bought the turbine setup so I'd have something portable.  It's also a little easier to use because you don't have to mess with the compressor & tank (drain water, water trap, adjust pressure, etc.).
