I just got off of the phone with their tech support. Apparently none of these commands are available via RS232. Shocker.. Tech support was wrong.
The commands are Key operations
(Key 03) Menu
(Key 35) Cursor UP
(Key 36) Cursor Down
(Key 38) Cursor Right
(Key 37) Cursor Left
(Key 16) Enter
(Key 05) Escape
