I did not need security so I went with the iDocx solution. Mainly because the part that goes in the wall is slightly less thick than standard wallboard so that stud locations are irrelavent and the Wife can have it wherever she wants it (within reason).

I really wish Apple had provided a way for an app to control the backlight without jailbreaking the iPad.
