Why would you make your grandparents pay for it? Get all the kids and grand kids to pitch in and hire a pro to come in and set them up with a good basic remote system.
If you love your grandparents you won't buy them a Harmony.
The RF10 should be able to handle the job just fine, as long as it is set up correctly.
