Hello - I own a MX-880. I have had it for ~ 6 months. I bought it locally though a dealer, who was willing to give me the software and let me try on my own.

I have the remote programmed the way I want, but the when I use it to control my TiVo I notice that it is not as responsive as the native TiVO remote.

I have it it set up through RF, but even just with IR only, it is still sluggish when compared to the native TiVO remote.

Is anyone able to offer any insight or advice?
