Thanks for the help. I finally contacted Sharp and after much ado was told I am being mailed a Firmware update on a flash drive. We will see if that happens, I will update.
I did purchase a Logitech Universal Remote which works with both TV and Comcast Cable box and does not have the same issue adjusting the volume, however I don't like the feel of it at all. The volume adjusts in increments of 2, and when I hit mute it mutes then un-mutes. It seems to send every signal twice, weird.
Thanks for the help, I will let you know if I get the Firmware updated and the results.
