I recently purchased a new Vizeo TV, Model # E321MV, intending to hook directly to existing Cox cable (In Omaha) instead of renting another cable box. Everything was fine except that the tuner did not find channels 3 and 4 (Cox Channels 5 and 6.) After much frustration, I learned that Cox, in Omaha at least, uses the HRC signal mode rather than standard. This Vizeo model does not provide an option for signal mode beyond CABLE so, apparently, some of the lower frequencies are missed. Fortunately, Cox Channel 5 signal is broadcast over Channel 105.1 as one of about a dozen other QAM channels. I ended up programming only the four major networks (QAM channels) on my remote for ease in getting to them. Thses are higher quality pictures than the corresponding analog channels anyway.

I hope this information will be of some use to other viewers like me who are not fully educated in this subject.
