System Builder seems easy at first, but it is very easy to break something in the GUI building process if you let SB handle that part.
We also have a custom GUI with our own pre designed GUI in the few panel sizes that we use. Having SB building the GUIs just doesn't work in the long run.

Still quicker then programming everything in SIMPL though and just as fine if you know what you are doing.
