I don't know for sure, I just assumed that unchecking "repeat" meant that I would get one action sent when the button was pressed and no repeating if I held it down.

I also assume that minimum repeat was that if I pressed the button I would get that many actions even for one press. Actually that doesn't seem to make sense. :|
