Forgive me for asking this here , but I am new to this .

I have had a Pronto TSU 7000 remote for some time and had previously set it up by learning codes from my various remotes after creating my screens .

I recently bought a Samsung UE46C7000 LED TV which does not have direct input selection buttons on the supplied remote , but I see the hex codes for these functions at the beginning of this thread ( for which I am most grateful ) .

I am not sure how to use these hex codes , but on looking at the Pronto NG software , if I right click on a button I have created , I can select 'button properties' , then 'add IR code' . At the bottom of this window , there is a section for 'custom IR code' .

To use the hex codes , is it just a matter of pasting the code in here , then uploading to the device ? Or am I missing anything ?
