Hi,

I've not as yet since it seemed like an issue that could have been caused by something I'd done during setup or was a genuine bug in the software - I was hoping that it might be something that had come up before - but it seems not.

I don't even know what the exchange period is here in the UK - is this something set by Denon or the retailer ?
