I haven't received a single reply from anyone at pilotefilms. So I might just try and reseat the cables myself. Unfortunately, after opening up the case as I'd already done to replace the battery, I couldn't find out how to properly remove the rest of the case to access those cables.

Could anyone please send me the service manual (I really only need the part about opening the case), or explain how to do it ?
