umm, I'm not sure how to say this in English without sounding pessimistic.
I guess you didn't want to change you're encryption from WPA to WEP because WEP isn't as secure. MAC filtering doesn't make anything better. The MAC adresses is still sent without any encryption, so if someone wants to hack you're WEP network, it will take them about 2 seconds longer to hack it if you're using MAC filtering.
If I where you, i'd set up a closed network just for the prontos, run it on WEP and keep it separated from you're other network.
