For cleaner learns using the white directv remote, try the following:
1. dtv
2. press and hold MUTE & SELECT, wait for two blinks, release
3. enter 0 0 0 0 1
Now turn off the remote ID signal sent with each commmand:
1. dtv
2. press and hold MUTE & SELECT, wait for two blinks, release
3. enter 9 6 3
4. press CH DOWN
try reteaching.
