Thanks goPronto, I do have a Mark 1 (plastic wheel).
Reseating everything did nothing. So either it's off to the repair techs or change to an Android based system ( I have an extra Samsung Epic that will work well).
Still researching if there are any Android based programs with customization on a par with Pronto.
