And you can get various timers, notably little alarm type PC Board assemblies, that will let you start whatever length timing cycle you want from, say the start of that 20 minutes cycle. Thus you can set, say, a five minute cycle. It doesn't have to be a 21.5 minute cycle.
A detail is that you'll need a one-shot to convert the long ON state to a short pulse to reset, then start, that little timer. Anything can be done; just tell us what you want, what you have, and HOW MANY.
