Yes, sorry, but the Revert process does erase the custom configuration file (ccf).
I'm near the 605 and Lincoln, and you're not very far from me. You could learn how to do this, but it's a time-consuming project. I have programmed Prontos for years and could do the programming for you. Without seeing it yet, I'd say I'd start with the bedroom system as a guideline of how the control was laid out, and to take advantage of any custom graphics you're using. You'd have a copy of the file for each remote when I'm done.
I carry a TS1000 with me as a reference remote and I have one of the correct cables for downloading and uploading.
