This probably does not exist. The RU980 has not been supported for several years, since before Windows 7 existed. It is likely that Philips is not going to spend a single minute creating a driver for an obsolete product on a new computer platform.

I think your solution is to work on having your computer emulate XP. I've used the different programs on an XP computer with no problems.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
