I have install ProntoPro Edit NG onto windows 7 computer the edit program works but the RU980 handset is not recognised by the Windos 7 computer returning error Device not conected properly. please check connection.
On using device manager it shows unknow device.
when selecting update driver it returns no driver found.
where can I get a windows 7 Home Premium driver please?
