This is not a "Help" forum like many are out there. This is a forum to discuss the product, the features, the coming soons, and the wish lists. I have provided many people with help as well as others here. The question this person asked has not only been answered a thousand times, but is available line for line in his software online help manual. Also, you should not chastise dealers who sell this product as a living and have to take days off of work unpaid to go to training and other commitments. When dealers do give out the software, they should be responsible for the help. If not, there is a manual available in the software which details this in one page. If that is too hard, a simple search will get his answer. This issue is not as black and white as wanting to help people and not wanting to help people as you paint it.
