Why are we helping people who are not dealers and are not trained?
Isn't it part of the URC business model that they strongly discourage individuals from programming their own systems just because of situations like this where volunteer help from professionals is needed... or an installer who knows how to program is needed?
Whoever gave this guy the software should be answering his questions.
