Switch to a RF brain with variable output and tweak it down. It should work just fine. You may want to also see if the codes you are using were learned originally for an ATT box. If so, use the codes in the database (we had this happen where our learned codes from an ATT box 2 years ago worked intermittently with a new box...tried the codes in the database and they worked flawlessly).
