^^^ Dealer is giving me hard time. He had no problem giving me stand-alone software back in '08 (Although with him not knowing that I already did have it). But now, he insists that URC policy now states that he CANNOT give software (CCP or otherwise) to clients. I tried telling him (based on what URC had told me in past conversations and from what I have read here) that decision is up to dealer whether or not to give out software.

Is this still true?

I am pretty sure I can manage getting the software somehow.

But, for the time being, I would like to just get the remote up and running with the MX-file that is ready to go.
