there are no classes, video's, trainings of any kind for end users. Classes for professionals are held during industry only conventions and usually once or twice a year in major metropolitan markets.

The best thing will be to find a local dealer to work with.

Go for the MX980 or the upcoming MX1200, I'd recommend passing on the MX5000. If you wanted something else to look at, the new Pro Control line from parent company RTI might be a good option, but seeing as the product is just about to start shipping its hard to give much input on if it is a worth while alternative (or if the product/software will be ready for prime time AND if the software will be allowed to be given to end users), my hopes are yes to all but only time will tell.
