Based on info at hi-remote.com, here is clean (and possibly correct) Pronto Hex for Arrow Down: Device 1, function 19. This is similar to NEC2.

However, UEI has a setup code that they think is an exact match for the SlingCatcher and it uses NEC1 framing instead. The difference between NEC1 and NEC2 is primarily how repeats are handled.
