I have responded 'yes' to 'can you program this remote- I spent a lot of money on it($69.00!)' for the 3rd and final time yesterday. I (arg) installed software (what, no wizard?) on my win7/64 machine and the upload kept hanging. Decided to use clients MacBook Pro and found out why... "We're too busy right now, try again later"
Never again, til the next time! Rant Complete.
