You can use any template you want in system builder. When you drag devices into the program DO NOT let system builder build any pages for them. You have to go into the properties and make sure the build device pages is not selected. You will also have to do all the programming manually. You have to add the joins manually as well just as if you were using simpl. I do this all the time for budget systems and it works great. When you add a touch panel just import your template into system builder.
