The dial refers to the ID #. Make sure you have the same number under the RF setting page. Anything but 0.
EMITT refers to where the IR flasher is plugged in. You can set it to be specific or you might be able to set it to ALL
Get a strong flashlight. Shine it all over the front of the receiver looking for the IR sensor. This is where to try the emitter. A LED flashlight might not be strong enough to find it.
