I checked the bottom dial and the emitters are set to 1. I programmed the MX 350 and it's working on IR. Do I need the software to assign the emitters? I don't have it as I hired an installer to do the original setup. I did it this time myself.
I moved the emitters around on the front of the receiver and no luck....
