See my post of today on how I got ProntoProEdit NG to work in Windows 7. Since that program will let you edit both 7500 & 7000 config files, it should help with your 7000 issue. If you have both a 7500 & a 7000 Pronto, though, be aware that you can copy buttons between their respective configuration files. But if you copy commands, the target Pronto just might operate slow as molasses. Learned that the hard way. :)
