Just bought a remote from ebay. Look likes it is in great condition. It will turn on and I can download my PCF to it but constantly locks up on me after it is allowed to go to sleep. It starts to happen in the first couple of minutes. I have updated the firmware to the latest 3.8.17 and even this doesn't help. I've tried different PCF files just to make sure my PCF file wasn't the problem. No avail. Is this just a bad remote or what? Any ideas? I'm running it on Windows 7 under the XP compatibility.
