Ted,
The only thing in the router that must be set is the gateway IP address. Router should pick everything else up from your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
If you have linksys router, 192.168.1.1 is the gateway. If Netgear, it is likely 192.168.0.1.
Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 DNS is usually the same address as the gateway.
DNS is only needed if Pronto needs to resolve network names to an IP address. If it turns out that you cannot find good dns server, start your pc and open a command prompt. Type ipconfig /all [enter] and then note the 1 or 2 DNS server addresses you see. Those are usually IP addresses provided by your ISP. Also note that ipconfig /all will also show you the Gateway provided your PC is on same router.
