Okay, so I resoldered a second time and now it's working great! RF is back!

Each of the red circled locations are where I re-soldered. I resoldered on both sides of the board.
Ignore the red-square section, that's for a different thread.

Note that this solder joint on the right wasn't making contact with the trace, so I added more solder to bridge them better. I had checked this with an ohmeter and it found nothing. Now it does.
