I dropped my MX-980 for the hundredth time this week. Last time it stopped transmitting RF after a fall, so I re-soldered a few suspect looking joints and that fixed it. Or just taking it apart & back together fixed it.

Anyways this time resoldering the suspect joints didn't help. It's still not transmitting RF and the only thing that changed was the new fall it took to the ground.

Any ideas which component is the RF transmitter so I can concentrate on that component? I assume it's the black looking cap thing at the front but I don't know.
