Hi

My marantz RC5200 had a problem, after touching the screen from 1 to 6 time, the remote rebooted..very annoying.

So I tried to reload/upgrade the firmware but with RC5200_Sys V141 App V132.exe and RC5200_SYS_V1_3_1_APP_V1_3_1.exe I got the message "this firmware is not for your device"

I then managed to send the RC5200_SYS_V1_3_1_APP_V1_3_1 via the Tonto program and after that the remote never showed anything on the screen but emit a beep every 5 minute.....so it's 99,99% dead. I tried "Undead device" from Tonto without results

Any suggestions why the 2 firmware were not recognized as ok and what I can do to send a firmware that will revive my RC5200
