you can rearrange things as you see fit. if you have a large enough monitor you can really start to tweak what goes where.
I don't mean specifically where everything is, but the way it works and the flow. I use a fair amount of different programming packages as well as several different modeling and CAD packages and this is one of the most confusing.
Of course any program is fine when you learn it.
