With full 1:1 NAT you would require an external IP address (from your ISP) to point to every single device located inside your network - so no sharing. Is this the case? What router are you using, and how has it been configured? It is usually still possible to block ports on 1:1 NAT, and you may still have a firewall layer to get through.
