I just purchased a D16CS DVR for my hotel. It currently is on the network and setup with a 1:1 NAT. All ports are open. I'm told by my IT person that if I enter the IP address that he has given me, I will get the DVR.

I've was told by the not-so-helpful Speco tech support that I have to forward the ports but on a 1:1 NAT I shouldn't have to do this.

I'm using the Specotech ddns service that is provided but I can't seem to connect off-site. The web address that I'm told to use is [Link: ddns.specotech.net]).

Is there something that I'm missing?
