Hi,
Try this:
Go to C:\users\\AppData\Local\UEI
There he should see a folder named NevoStudioPro.exe_StrongName_....... Double click and then delete any and all folders inside this directory.
Then launch NSP, it will create a new config file, but it will require registration as if just installed.
You may have to “unhide” AppData folder View > Show Hidden Operating System Files in the Folder and Search Options in Explorer Window.
