To those who imagine up all sorts of ways to hurt/kill the offending dog - Keep in mind that for many people a their dog is their child. What would you do if someone purposefully killed your son/daughter?

Dogs bark for a reason; they're scared, excited, bored, lonely, etc. It isn't their fault, they don't know better. Hurting them is plain stupid.
