Thanks Jason. BTW, I learned something that I want to share....if u look at the picture of the inputs in the user's guide you will see each input has a small circled number next to it. Its those circled numbers that correspond to the discretes found in this forum. So, input 1 is HDMI 1 and input 2 is HDMI 2 and input 5 is component and input 6 video 1 etc. I was able to verify on a newer model Aquos a few weeks back. I believe the older Aquos don't have the circled numbers so they behave as u stated i.e. HDMI inputs starting on input 4 or 5 etc. In fact, I recall now on a project I did awhile back using older model Aquos that input 5 corresponded to HDMI 2.
Sorry to get off track as far as my question was concerned. Thank u so much for pointing me in the right direction. I will use those codes and send system out with confidence. Don't need the remote. Jason, thanks, again, for responding!
