The simple answer is "NO"

Those two modules require you to have an RF enabled European Pronto and the RU890 is not RF equipped (nor is the RU940)

Phillips RU950, RU960, RU970, RU980 or RU990 and Marantz RC5200, RC9200, RC5400 or RC9500 all are and will work with european X10RF directly. Newer Prontos & Marantz's used a different RF so are also not compatible. US models use a different RF frequency so are not compatible either!

As you say you could control TM13 & CM15Pro with the IRRF7243 but I'm not sure what benefit you would gain!

The more convoluted answer is "YES" but it involves fitting and RF sender unit see here It's quite an old post but if you can buy the parts and are any good at soldering you stand a chance!
