I have a DB-8 in Etobicoke and get CHCH and CFTO fine. CHCH is a little weak but rarely a problem. This is with it aimed at Buffalo. Note that the DB-8 has very weak gain at about 30° so make sure your antenna isn't aimed 30° away from any stations you want.
