Also looking for the codes for the Yellow and Blue... codes from a 722 wont work..
Dish changed the codes on the 922 controller..
(If you use a 722 controller on a 922 receiver those buttons are seen as page up/page down)
There's no way of learning them from the remote since the remote is RF only.
Tried dish and tried logitech.. none of them where of any help
