I dont know of any solution that will meet your needs.
Harmony has too many problems for me- and also most of them wont do macro's (activity based programming is not for me)
I settled for a URC MX450 which programs on-screen pretty well and allows backing it up on the PC>
IF you can find a PC programmable remote for 150- I'd like to know about it.
The MX450 you can get on ebay for about that much.
