I have a Harmony One, but because of a recent move I need an RF remote because everything will be in a cabinet. I would also like the remote to do IR (for the TV that will be outside of the cabinet, which I don't want to run a blaster to). I am looking for something under $200 and have narrowed it down to:

Harmony 900 (but it has range issues)
Xsight Touch (but have to get separate RF repeater and it has lag issues)
URC MX-900 (not rechargeable, any issues?)

Do I need to get a separate base station with the URC?

Would appreciate any thoughts/recommendations.
