i have used the MSC400 on windows 7 32 bit machines. You need to manually find the driver in the Complete Control Program/MSC400 folder.
the MSC400 is not compatible with 64 bit XP, Vista, or 7. There is a big sticker on the box that says so.
I use an old laptop running XP to program my MSC400.
Why can't URC write a driver for the modern OS of Windows 7 64bit? It doesn't make sense to me.
